Worked on-site at customers on Novell network designs, server
installations and upgrades, workstation configurations, and system
enhancements. Projects included virus protection, disaster recovery,
asynchronous communications, host connectivity, tape backup units,
network monitoring facilities, shared CD-ROM services, network fax
services, Windows and DOS client configuration, and others.

materials. Functioned as a company-wide resource person providing
training and advice on computer-based graphic communications, text and
graphics integration and electronic publishing.
